If you need to pick up medications or food, feel free to call from your vehicle so that we might deliver them to you there without you entering the building!ģ. HIGH-RISK PEOPLE, including elderly and immunocompromised individuals, please make every attempt to have a healthy adult bring your pet to your appointment. There has been an unprecedented surge in the number of patients that local vets are seeing on a daily basis and our dedicated staff is working hard to keep up with the increased workload from the pandemic. If the receptionists are on another call, you will be given the oportunity to choose the option to leave a voice mail or can text us at 71 or email us at There is sometimes a delay between when you text/email and when those messages are received, so be patient if we do not respond immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience and are doing our best to assist everyone in turn. We now have an automated phone system so that we do not miss your call. Due to high call volumes, you may have difficulty reaching our front desk staff. Let us know if you would prefer curbside for your pet's appointment. We are no longer requiring masks for clients or staff. If you prefer, you can still call or text us when you arrive for your appointment and we will let you know when we have room available for you inside. Clients are welcome to enter the building to check in for appointments.
